"I was a bit worried about sorting travel..."
I was a bit worried about sorting travel with my dog, but the staff made it really straightforward and were genuinely helpful. I’ve dealt with other companies before where it felt like a hassle or you had to chase for answers, but this was much smoother. Everything went fine from start to finish, and it made the whole trip a lot less stressful.

"Got my refund eventually"
My flight was cancelled, which was obviously a pain, but I did get my refund and compensation in the end. It just took quite a while, and I had to chase them a few times, which isn’t exactly what you want to be doing. The staff were polite enough, to be fair, but updates were slow — a quick message now and then would’ve made the whole thing much less frustrating

Online check-in wouldn’t work for us, so we had to go to the desk, and the staff acted like we were bothering them by asking for help. Nobody really seemed to know who was responsible for fixing it or even explaining what was going on. Boarding ended up being late too, with barely any updates, so everyone was just standing around confused. it made the start of a short trip way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Managed to change it, but I wasn’t totally sure what I was paying for"
I had to change my Loganair ticket last minute, and to be fair, I was relieved that it was actually possible. I might have missed something, but the fees and fare difference didn’t feel very clear to me at first, so I ended up clicking around for a while and then contacting support just to make sure I understood it. It all got sorted in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but it felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be. Not awful, but not exactly smooth either.

"Calm crew and a smooth experience"
I flew with Loganair last week and had a really smooth experience. There were a few delays while boarding, but the cabin crew handled everything so calmly and politely. They clearly knew what they were doing, checked in on passengers, and kept things feeling easy. It made the whole flight feel much more relaxed.

"Good flight, but the waiting was annoying"
Had a good flight with Loganair overall. The seats were comfy enough for a short trip, and the cabin was really clean, even the tray table looked spotless, which I always appreciate. Once we were onboard it felt calm and easy, but the waiting around before the flight was frustrating and dragged on a bit. Still, the actual flight itself was fine and I don’t really have any complaints there.

"Mostly Smooth Airport Assistance"
I booked special assistance for my mum through loganair.co.uk, and to be fair, it was straightforward. The airport staff were already aware of it and helped with the wheelchair and getting her boarded, which was a relief. There was a bit of a wait for someone to show up when we arrived, which was mildly annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall, it worked well enough and I’d use it again.

"Decent flight, slow bags"
The flight itself was perfectly fine, no real complaints there. But the baggage took forever to come out, or at least it felt like ages, which kind of made the whole trip feel delayed even though the plane was on time. One of my bags also came out with some scuff marks, not completely ruined or anything, but still annoying. I asked the staff and they were polite enough, just didn’t really give much information, so I was left standing around guessing. Overall it was okay, but the luggage part definitely could’ve been better.

"Decent flight, but the price stung a bit"
The flights were fine overall, nothing really went wrong, but I couldn’t help feeling a little annoyed by the price. For such a short trip and basic service, it felt higher than it should’ve been. Not a terrible experience, just left me a bit underwhelmed.

The plane just felt old and rattly, and I can’t say it didn’t make me a little uneasy. I know older planes aren’t automatically unsafe or anything, but this one really didn’t give me much confidence during the flight.

"Not reliable enough for rural communities"
Living in a rural area, these flights aren’t just a nice extra, they’re how people get to work, see family, and make hospital appointments. That’s why it’s so frustrating when Loganair feels unreliable or difficult to deal with. I also don’t have much faith in their customer service, because when something goes wrong it never feels like you’re going to get a straight answer or any real help. For a regional airline serving island and rural communities, it really isn’t good enough

"Flights that actually work for normal people"
I’ve found Loganair really easy to deal with, to be honest. The flight times usually fit around my day instead of the other way round, and there are enough options that you’re not just hanging about forever. all travel should be like this because nobody wants to waste half a day waiting around. It just makes planning trips way less of a headache.

After a long day of dealing with travel stuff and feeling worn out by it all, it was such a relief to have staff actually help us with the buggy and make sure our seats were together. Travelling with kids is stressful enough, but they made it feel a lot more manageable.

"Refreshments felt a bit like an afterthought"
Flew with Loganair last week and the snacks were fine, just nothing I’d really remember. It wasn’t bad, but the choice was limited, almost like the refreshment side of things isn’t given much attention.

I had a tea and a small snack, and both were okay, just very basic. The crew were friendly enough and got everything out quickly, so I can’t really fault the service itself.

For a short flight, it does the job, but I wouldn’t go in expecting much food-wise. It felt a bit minimal for what you’d hope for, so 3 stars seems about right.

I fly with them often, but after my most recent trips, I don’t see much point in the loyalty program. The perks barely made any difference, and it didn’t feel like being a regular customer got me anything worthwhile.

"Booking worked, but the site could be smoother"
I was able to book my flight without any real issues, which was the most important thing. That said, the website did feel a little slow at times, and a few pages weren’t the easiest to navigate. Nothing too frustrating, but it could definitely be a smoother experience.

"Feels like they’re never on time"
My flight was delayed again, i’m over it. Maybe it’s just the way they communicate, but it really feels like they don’t care much about keeping passengers updated or sticking to the schedule. I don’t have much faith in them anymore.

"Cancelled flight and no real help"
My flight got cancelled and the updates were just all over the place. I spent ages trying to figure out what was happening, and every time I spoke to someone they just sent me to someone else. It was so frustrating because you’re already stressed, and then... yeah. I don’t think I’d book with them again.
